Shopping and Reflecting

Day 15: 12/05/2021

Today was full of walking, but not exactly outdoors. We went shopping! We planned a hike on Mt. Rainier for tomorrow and figured we would need snowpants and some trekking poles. Before we headed into town to shop, we just had to listen to the Vikings game. Sadly, they lost to the only winless team left, the Lions. This wasn't the first time we got our hopes up for a Vikings game, just to be ripped apart on the last play. But we brushed that off and continued on with the rest of our day.

After getting our shopping done and back in the camper, we reflected on our first two weeks on the road. It was hard to believe that we made it all the way to the West coast. We could not be more grateful for the experiences we have already had and what we will be seeing even during this next week. We're beginning to feel how this trip is truly could be a once in a lifetime experience and we continue to be in awe of the wonders around us.
